Student Success by 2030:
- We achieve a 95% of student continuation from 1st to 2nd year of study.
- We achieve a 90% average score in student satisfaction and success measures in recognised student surveys, such as the National Student Survey/ Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey/ Postgraduate Research Experience Survey.
- We achieve strong graduate outcomes, with 85% of our graduate students securing highly skilled employment or furthering their studies.
- We have no BAME awarding gap.
Inclusivity and Culture by 2030:
- There is no gender pay gap.
- At least 90% of staff say that they are proud to work at ¾Ã¾Ã¾«Æ· (as measured in the annual staff survey).
Research and Knowledge Exchange by 2030:
- Revenue from our knowledge generation and exchange activity constitutes 20% of the university’s overall revenue.
- We achieve an award value of 2000 in REF.
Connected and Sustainable Campuses by 2030:
- Our financial sustainability with operating cash comprising over 8% of income, which enables us to continue to invest in our student and staff experience.
